Join this a three-hour virtual workshop to explore the basics of batteries!
During this virtual workshop, educators will learn the foundations of batteries and energy storage. Presenters will discuss the uses of batteries, safety and recycling, as well as the history and future of energy storage. They will also introduce activities for the classroom that engage students in dynamic, hands-on energy-based learning. This workshop includes new material developed by KidWind in addition to some CREATE material.
