Who Will Do the Science of the Future?

This 104-page paper, published by the National Academies Press, presents the summary of a symposium on careers of women in science. The symposium was organized into three areas: one focusing on the next generation; a second that looks in depth at the issues in computer science; and a third on strategies and policies to recruit and promote career advancement for women in science.
