Demonstrating the Effects of Processing on Structure and Properties and Via the Annealing and Strain of Hardening of Copper: Part Two – Mechanical Properties

This module will demonstrate "the structure-properties-processing relationship fundamental to materials science." The objective of the lesson is to "explain the effects of strain hardening and annealing on engineering materials and how the resulting mechanical properties may be significantly modified." This is part two of a two-part module. The module would be best for college undergraduate students and should take around two to three hours to complete. The document is available to download in PDF file format.
