Escherichia coli - GFP Core Production System Laboratory Manual

These resources, from the Northeast Biomanufacturing Center and Collaborative (NBC2), include information on the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the batch culture of recombinant E. coli. A 38-page manual includes four SOPs, a protocol, and a batch record; these are also available as separate documents. The four SOPs are titled Bach Culture of E. coli Recombinant for Jellyfish Green Fluorescent Protein, Shimazdu UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Four Step Gram Stain, and Leica DME Microscope. The protocol is titled Filter Validation and the batch record is titled GFP Production from Escherichia coli Upstream Process. The manual also includes a competencies list for upstream processing.
