Women in Engineering: A Review of the 2008 Literature
 
            
                        This literature review covers 300 articles on women in engineering and women's access and preparation for engineering careers. The review is also applicable to working women in general. Topics include work/life balance, pathways to an engineering career, work force issues that impact women engineers, and international literature on women in engineering. Research methods are emphasized and articles with strong methods are highlighted while articles with weak methodology were rejected outright.
