Employee-Driven AMTEC Career Pathway Model

This Employee-Driven AMTEC Career Pathway Model, from the Automotive Manufacturing Technical Education Collaborative (AMTEC), is designed to help colleges get started on creating their own Career Pathway program. The Career Pathways program is designed to assess employment and advancement requirements in a given manufacturing sector, and existing programs and resources available for preparing workers for employment is those sectors.
