Working Connections Overall Survey

This survey, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was created for Working Connections (an annual professional development training event for IT faculty) attendees. Attendees must take two surveys on the last day of the 5-day program - this overall survey and also a track-specific survey. The first two questions (not shown) are related to gathering personal information. Because reporting impact is so important, all attendees are required to do the surveys in order to be eligible to attend future Working Connections training.
