Operational Excellence

This webpage from Northeast Biomanufacturing Center and Collaborative (NBC2) provides resources on operational excellence. Two PDFs are available free for download, Chapter 6: Operational Excellence and Engineering Unit Overview. The 32-page Chapter 6: Operational Excellence "provides an introduction to the role that Operational Excellence (OPEX or OE) plays in the continuous improvement of biomanufacturing operations." The 6-page Engineering Unit Overview includes a summary of chapters two-six of the Introduction to Biomanufacturing textbook also provided by NBC2.
