ATE Central: Home Sweet Home - The Benefits and Challenges of Institutional Support
This webinar, entitled "Home Sweet Home: The Benefits and Challenges of Institutional Support", was presented on February 28, 2017 by the Internet Scout Research Group. The presenters were Rachael Bower, PI of ATE Central; Nancy Maron, founder of BlueSky to Blue Print, LLC; and guest speaker Ann Beheler, PI of National Convergence Technology Center. This webinar was part of the 2017 series Think Like an Entrepreneur: Sustainability Strategies for ATE Projects and Centers. The webinar includes introductions from each of three presenters and information about their respective institutions. Topics addressed in this webinar include the work of and goals of the National Convergence Technology Center, the process of making value propositions to individuals and groups at host institutions, the importance finding common ground with individuals and groups at host institutions, and pitfalls to avoid when working with host institutions.
