This 1-page resource is the first in a series of labs included in the sequencing the genome of Pseudomonas fluorescens L5.1-96 laboratory curriculum that is taught in Biology 211 and Biology 275+276 at Bellevue College. This lab includes the following sections: Objectives, Before lab, and In lab. Objectives include: analyze a small sequence from the ComGen project and begin to become familiar with sequence analysis using Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST).
