PLC Based Reversing Motor Starter: TECO SG2 PLR (Part 1 of 2)
This video, provided by Columbia Gorge Community College, is the first part of a two part application exercise that covers programming and testing a programmable logic controller (PLC) based reversing motor starter. During this exercise "normal operation and response to emergency stops and overloads" are examined. A software generated electrical interlock is used for the exercise.
