Crazy Taxi

This Crazy Taxi 3 Act Task, created by John Orr, is a "gamified" math lesson. The lesson begins with a scene from a "... video game where a man jumps into a taxi and begins what looks to be a joy-ride. The cost of the taxi ride and the distance traveled are displayed..." The video asks student how much it would cost to travel 30 km? A worksheet is also provided that asks students a number of questions about the video.
