Solar Photovoltaic Installation and Troubleshooting - Faculty Development Workshop Lecture

These slides, from the Renewable Energy Systems Training (REST) Laboratory Development and Workforce Training project, were presented at the Solar Photovoltaic Installation and Troubleshooting Workshop that was held in summer 2022. This workshop presented the fundamentals of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including components, functions and specifications; design requirements and procedure for a real-world PV system; cost benefit analysis; and hands-on experiments and demonstrations of system functionality, installation, and troubleshooting using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
