Cell and Gene Therapy & Biotechnician Training

This webinar, published by InnovATEBIO, features two talks: one on building an advanced therapy technician workforce in Southeastern Philadelphia from Margaret Bryans, and another, from Kristy Shuda, on developments to the Biomedical Technician Training program developed by the Wistar Institute. The first presentation discusses the CGT workforce shortage in the Philadelphia region with the curricula and workshops created to supplement the workforce shortage. The second presentation discusses the Wistar Institute's background, various programs, and outcomes, alongside enhancements and developments to curriculum and the training laboratory.
