Magnolia Consulting is a small, certified woman-owned business and B Corporation with headquarters in central Virginia and a network of consultants throughout the country. Jen is a Researcher and Evaluator at Magnolia Consulting. She is located in Grand Junction, CO and is currently the lead evaluator for Northern Virginia Community College's NSF-funded Data Center Operations and Engineering Technicians Outreach and Development (DCO Tech) and Product Design Incubator: Fostering an Entrepreneurial Mindset Through Interdisciplinary Product Design (PDI) projects. The DCO Tech project aims to expand the pipeline of students prepared to enter the workforce as data center operations or engineering technology technicians by providing education and outreach activities for local high school students, post-secondary students, K-12 educators, and industry representatives. The PDI project aims to increase the number of skilled workers in the information and engineering technologies sector by providing entrepreneurial internship, professional development, and mentoring opportunities for post-secondary students.
