This webinar, published by InnovATEBIO, features two presentations on different Advanced Technological Education (ATE) projects. First, Barry Bates from Atlanta Technical College (ATC) covers ATC's Bioscience Emerging Technicians project, which aims to introduce dual-enrollment students to bioscience career opportunities in the Atlanta area. Bates provides an overview of the project and discusses strategies to make bioscience topics relevant to students' lives. Next, Karen Leung from City College of San Francisco discusses the The Building Inclusive Labs project, which aims to create "collaborative approach to work-based learning to foster science workplaces where everyone is set-up to succeed." Leung covers the two parallel training modules created by the project: the Inclusive Research Mentor-Managing Training module and the Workplace Navigation Training module. Discussed are the goals and impacts of each training.

The video runs 47:36 minutes in length.
