Solar and Innovation: We Build it Here!

In this webinar, published by the Center for Renewable Energy Advanced Technological Education Resource Center (CREATE), presenters from Couillard Solar Foundation (CSF) discuss innovation in solar technology, specifically focusing on the CSF Solar Canopy. The CSF Solar Canopy consists of solar panels applied to the top of a timber framed structure to create a functional, energy generating outdoor structure. The presenters provide an overview of the Solar Canopy design, design process, and installation. Also discussed are lessons learned from the first Solar Canopy, Solar Canopy uses, and other CSF projects and initiatives.
