Evaluation Plan Series: Communication, Use, and Timelines (5 of 6)

This video, published by EvaluATE: Evaluation Resource Center for Advanced Technological Education, is the fifth in a sixth-part series for applicants in the process of writing proposals for a National Science Foundation (NSF) Advanced Technological Education (ATE) grant. Each part in the series covers a different aspect of the role of evaluation in an ATE grant proposal. This video discusses what information ATE grant applicants should include in their proposal about use of evaluation data, communication to external audiences, and their timeline. Included is an overview of ATE-specific review criteria related to evaluation. The video goes on to discuss planning for evaluation communication and use. An example of a major data collection events timeline and an overall project timeline are shared. The video concludes by breaking down the components of an evaluation plan. The Evaluation Plan Template resource is highlighted.
