This video from EvaluATE is the fourth in a six-part video series that "provides a basic orientation to evaluation for individuals who are planning to submit proposals to the National Science Foundation’s [NSF] Advanced Technological Education program [ATE]. Each video in the series answers a common question often asked by individuals who are new to evaluation. During the video, Lori Wingate, co-principle investigator of EvaluATE, discusses who can be an evaluator for an NSF ATE project, how to find an evaluator, and what to look for in an evaluator. Also covered is the NSF ATE requirement for an independent evaluator.

The video runs 4:43 minutes in length. Other parts of the series are available to view separately.
