Project Vita Checklist

This checklist, provided by EvaluATE: Evaluation Resource Center for Advanced Technological Education, is designed to help with the creation of a project vita, "a comprehensive index of factual information about a project’s activities and achievements." The checklist includes background information introducing project vitas, each section of a project vita, and a list of the components for each section.
