Basic Characterization Techniques: Introduction to Profilometry

This 8-page lab guide, created by the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge Support (NACK) Center at Pennsylvania State University, is for an online laboratory activity on profilometry. During the lab, students will read and watch videos to learn about "the fundamental principles of profilometry as well as the operating principles and components of a typical profilometer."
