Nano-Characterization and Nano-Fabrication using EB/IB Tools

This webinar, published by the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge Support (NACK) Center at Pennsylvania State University, discusses the role of ion beam (IB) and electron beam (EB) tools in nanotechnology and nanofabrication. During the webinar, Tomoko Borsa from the University of Boulder, Colorado, begins by providing background reviews on nanocharacterization and nanofabrication. After, Borsa goes into detail on concepts like EB lithography, IB fabrication, and integrated curcuit (IC) fabrication. Also included is an example of focused ion beam (FIB) for nanocharacerization.
