What is Nanotechnology?/How Small is a Nanometer?

This webinar, published by the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge Support (NACK) Center at Pennsylvania State University, introduces and explains the significance of nanotechnology. During the webinar, presenters define nanotechnology, discuss nanometers and the role of characterization in nanotechnology, and highlight the impact of size on material properties, covering aspects such as surface effects and light-matter interactions at the nanoscale.
