Characterization: Scanning Electron Microscopy

During the webinar, Dr. Atilla Ozgur Cakmak from Pennsylvania State University discusses the history and development of SEM and the scanning electron microscope, covering the use of electrons for microscopy and different types of scanning electron microscopes. Dr. Cakmak then provides images produced through SEM and demonstrates the use of a scanning electron microscope to characterize various samples.
