Michael FitzGerald

With an extensive knowledge of innovative quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, Dr. FitzGerald supports some of the firm’s more complex and large-scale initiatives. Prior to joining The Rucks Group in 2017, he spent more than a decade at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center as a field service associate professor. He managed multiple evaluation projects, including individual performance evaluation, program evaluation, curriculum design, and organizational development. Dr. FitzGerald is a member of the American Evaluation Association and Ohio Program Evaluators’ Group. He completed his doctorate in Social Psychology at the University of Cincinnati and earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Miami University.
