EquipSim Vacuum Equipment Simulation Lab

This 9-page resource, from the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge (NACK) Support Center, features three lab activities that utilize the EquipSim Vacuum Equipment Simulator. The labs allow students to learn "safe and efficient operation of vacuum systems representative of those used in nanofabrication" while still being able to make mistakes.
