Optical Lithography

This webinar, published by the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge Support (NACK) Center at Pennsylvania State University, provides an overview of optical lithography. During the presentation, Atilla Ozgur Cakmak from Grand Valley State University introduces optical lithography and discusses where it is used, Moore's law and its significance in optical lithography, and the steps to optical lithography. Also featured in the presentation is a hands-on lab demonstration of optical lithography by technician Richard Hill at Erie Community College.
