Plasmas and Materials (Part 1 of 2)

This video, published by the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge Support (NACK) Center at Pennsylvania State University, is part one of a two-part lecture on plasma and nanotechnology materials. In this part of the lecture, Terence Kuzma from Pennsylvania Sate University begins by introducing plasmas, plasma etching, and other relevant concepts related to plasma in nanotechnology. Then, Kuzma covers various models for understanding plasma processing and walks through the six steps of the plasma etching process.
The video runs 48:32 minutes in length. Also included are presentation slides and an audio version. Part two of the lecture is available to view separately.
